Your privacy in Daybrim
Daybrim is designed for private, personal health journaling. This notice explains what the app stores and how its assisted features work.

What you save
Daybrim stores the notes, symptoms, medicine schedules, dose records, check-ins, vitals, appointments and preferences you choose to add. Your journal is associated with your signed-in account so it can be available on your devices. If you add family members, their records are kept in your account and only you can see them; please have their permission, or be their parent or carer, before recording their health information.
Assisted features
AI features are only available to accounts the operator has enabled. When you use voice notes, smart notes, medicine label scanning, calorie estimates (from a meal description or photo), doctor-note highlights or the AI assistant, the content needed for that request is sent to OpenAI to complete it. For the assistant, that includes your question and your records from the last 60 days. Requests are made with storage turned off and are not added to your journal unless you save the result. Review generated notes, medicine details, summaries and answers before relying on or sharing them.
Photos and microphone
Camera, photo, microphone and notification access are requested only when a feature needs them. A medicine or meal photo is used to read its details or estimate its calories and is not added to your journal unless you save the resulting information, or choose to keep the photo.
Your choices
You can edit or remove journal entries and medicine records in the app. You can turn reminders off, change the theme, sign out, or decline optional device permissions at any time.
Sharing
Daybrim gives you tools to copy, print or share a doctor summary. Nothing is shared through those tools until you choose the destination and confirm it.
