Personal record, not medical advice
Daybrim helps you record and organise information. It does not diagnose illness, assess emergencies, prescribe treatment or replace a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional.
Check important details
You are responsible for checking medicine names, strengths, quantities, schedules and generated summaries before relying on or sharing them. Follow the prescription and instructions from your healthcare professional.
Safe use
Do not use Daybrim as the only source for urgent health decisions. If symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening or feel like an emergency, seek appropriate medical help immediately.
Your account
Keep access to your account and devices secure. Do not use another person’s account or add their private health information without permission.
Changes and availability
Features may change as Daybrim improves. We aim to keep your journal available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed, so keep separate copies of records you must retain.
